Full-Service Wedding Coordinator

Full-Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend.  This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Wedding Day

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing a fully-stocked emergency kit

  • Coordinate load-out

  • Unlimited time on-site with your coordination team

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Decorate honeymoon suite if the location is a reasonable distance from the wedding reception

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Provide a timeline for wedding party/family/vendors

  • Two wedding consultant’s onsite

Pre-Wedding

  • Budget and checklist development and management

  • Ceremony +  reception venue location

  • Vendor consultation, negotiations, and bookings

  • Contract review

  • Vendor management

  • Creation and execution of a design/décor scheme

  • Invitation coordination includes addressing, RSVP tracking and follow up

  • Wedding favors & accessories

  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation

  • Venue walkthrough meetings (as needed)

  • General advice and consultation

  • Ongoing communication with a consultant via phone or e-mail (unlimited)

  • Attendance at vendor meetings as needed

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

  • One consultant throughout the planning process

Wedding Day Management Services

Our Day of Facilitation package is the ideal option if you want to plan the majority of your wedding, but need a professional coordinator behind the scenes to consult with and to coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can relax, and enjoy your special day. 

  • One consultation meeting to go through your details and contracts

  • Ongoing communication with a consultant via phone or e-mail (unlimited)

  • Provide a timeline for wedding party/family/vendors

  • One venue walkthrough meeting

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding

  • Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Coordinate ceremony and reception set up

  • One – two consultants onsite 

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
